A $10 voucher for the Sorter Kickstarter campaign, planned for February 2027. It is not a Sorter and it is not a deposit. It gets you a lower price on one kit, if you want one when the campaign opens.

What the $10 buys

The private link to the voucher-price tier, emailed to you the day the campaign opens.
A Sorter kit for $7,200 instead of the $9,000 retail price, 20% off.
One of the 40 kits in batch 1, estimated to ship August 2027.
The tier is open for the first 48 hours of the campaign.
Holders past the first 40 get the same price in batch 2.

Refund

If you don't back the campaign, email contact@basically.website any time up to 30 days after it ends and we refund the $10.

The campaign is planned for February 2027. The day it opens, we email you the private link to the voucher-price tier. It is open for the first 48 hours.

Back the tier, or get your $10 back

Back a kit at $7,200 through the link. If you don't back the campaign, email us up to 30 days after it ends and we refund the $10.

Questions

What is the Sorter?: An automatic LEGO® sorting machine, sold as a kit you assemble. Pour bulk LEGO® pieces into the bucket on top. Camera-guided rotating channels separate them into single pieces. Each piece is photographed and identified by part and color, and a rotating chute drops it into the bin your rules assign.
How the Sorter works
When does it ship?: The 40 voucher-price kits are batch 1, estimated to ship August 2027. Batch 2 is estimated for October 2027. Both are estimates.
Where do you ship?: The United States only. Shipping to the contiguous US is included in the price.
Can I buy more than one kit?: A pledge is one kit. You can add more in the pledge manager after the campaign.
What does it need to run?: An internet connection and a device with a web browser. Pieces are identified by Brickognize, an online LEGO® recognition service.
Is the design public?: Yes. The design files and code are public, under source-available licenses.
